Processing & Shipping Times:
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In stock items typically ship within 2 buisness days. Custom & Pre-order times are listed in the description or discussed via email.
Estimated shipping times:
TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS!
North America: 2-7 business days
Europe: 10-30 business days
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, and the postal service selected.
Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs, fees, duties, and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping Issues:
Once an order has been fulfilled/shipped, Mystic Fiber Co. is no longer responsible for the shipping progress of the order. If an order should become lost or damaged, please contact the shipping service to locate or make a claim for damages. Due to this policy, adding insurance is always recommended for orders, especially for International shipments.
International Shipping:
Please note choosing a Priority and/or insured and/or tracked method is recommended, as First Class International does not provide help, claims, or tracking once the order leaves the US.
